Protection tools we provide
Deposit Limit
ControlYou can set your own daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit. If you want to raise the limit, a 24-hour waiting period applies before the change takes effect, which helps reduce the risk of impulsive losses.
Gaming Time-Out
Temporary BreakYou can set a temporary break from 24 hours up to 30 days. During that period your account will be blocked from play. When you have had a rest and feel clear-headed, you can return on your own terms.
Self-Exclusion
Long-term ProtectionIf you want to stop playing for an extended period, you can request self-exclusion via Live Chat. Once selected, your account will be fully blocked for 6 months, 1 year, or indefinitely.

If you frequently experience any of the following signs, you can set up gambling control tools right away or ask for help via Live Chat.
- If you are gambling with money you cannot afford to lose — such as savings, medical funds, or your children's education money
- If you feel the urge to keep playing in order to win back money you have lost
- If you are neglecting family, friends, or work because of gambling
- If gambling is causing arguments with parents, friends, or family members
- If you feel depressed, angry, or find it harder to make decisions after losing money
- If you have developed a habit of borrowing money to fund your gambling
Tips for safer gambling
Set a budget before you play
Decide how much you are willing to spend before you start, and stop as soon as that amount is gone. If you win, consider withdrawing rather than using your winnings to keep playing.
Set time limits on your play
Avoid playing for many hours in a single stretch — take regular breaks. If you are playing for entertainment, aim for 1–2 hours then step away for a while.
Do not play under the influence of drugs or alcohol
Playing when your mind is not clear reduces your ability to make good decisions and tends to lead to bigger losses. We recommend avoiding gambling at such times.
Only gamble with money you can afford to lose
There is no guarantee you will get back the money you put into gambling. Only play with funds you are prepared to lose, and never use money set aside for your family's basic needs.
